GPS fleet tracking - the entire fleet on one screen

Position, route and telemetry of every vehicle in real time. Our own software, proven Teltonika hardware, data on our servers - not in someone else's cloud.

Costs leak quietly

Empty kilometres, private trips, excessive idling, fuel that does not match the distance driven. A tracking system gives answers based on data, not on statements - and pays back the investment through savings on fuel, servicing and time.

  • Live position of all vehicles on the map
  • Movement history - every route, stop and idle period
  • Reports: mileage, working hours, use outside working hours
  • Alarms: geofence, speeding, movement outside allowed hours
  • Telemetry: ignition, fuel, temperature, door opening
A map with GPS vehicle positions from the fleet tracking software

This is what it looks like

One screen: where the vehicles are now, how fast they are going, what has been reported today and how much has been driven. Without opening reports and without calling the driver.

The tracking application screen: side navigation, a map with vehicle markers and a geo-zone, a panel with a list of vehicles, statuses and alarms
Live on the mapPosition, speed and direction refresh themselves - you do not have to click „refresh".
Driving historyAny day plays back like a recording: where the vehicle was, where it stopped and for how long.
Zones and pointsA circle or polygon on the map - the system reports entry, exit and staying too long.
Trip orderThe legal form and the driving log are filled in from the data, not by hand.

The view matches the layout and labels of the actual application. Registration plates, driver names and addresses are fictional - real client data is not shown.

Which alarms do you want to receive?

The system recognises 25 types of events. Not all are enabled - too many alarms is the same as none, because people stop reading them. Tick what interests you; carry the selection into an inquiry and we will set up exactly that.

What is installed in the vehicle

The device is a Teltonika FMB125 - a European manufacturer and the industry standard for fleets. Installation takes about an hour per vehicle and the original wiring is not cut.

Two SIM cardsIf one network goes down or the vehicle crosses a border, the device switches to the other - without a break in tracking.
Works even without signalWhen there is no network, the data is stored in the device and sent as soon as the connection returns, with the original event time. Nothing is lost.
Its own batteryIf someone disconnects the battery, the device keeps working and reports that the power has been cut.
Connection to the vehicle (CAN)Through an adapter the factory data is read: actual consumption, dashboard mileage, RPM, engine temperature - without drilling into the tank.
Driver identificationiButton or card - the system knows who is driving, so the kilometres and violations are tied to the person, not just the vehicle.
Fuel probeFor vehicles without usable CAN data, a probe is installed in the tank - both refuelling and a sudden drop in level are visible.
Inputs and outputsBodywork is monitored (tipper, crane, tanker), and through an output the ignition can be blocked remotely.
TemperatureSensors in the refrigerated body - an alarm if the temperature goes out of range while the cargo is in the vehicle.

FAQ

How long does installation take per vehicle?

About an hour per vehicle, with no damage to the wiring.

Does the driver know the vehicle is tracked?

They do, and they must. Employees are notified in writing about the tracking before the system starts operating - the Personal Data Protection Act requires it and it is not a matter of choice. We help with the notice and the policy.

In practice it is not a drawback. A system that is hidden creates suspicion across the whole company; a system that is announced and explained stops being a topic after the first week - and it protects drivers who work by the rules, because the data shows where they actually were and how much they worked.

What if the vehicle enters an area without signal?

The device remembers the data and sends it as soon as the signal returns - nothing is lost.

Can we also track fuel consumption?

Yes - via the connection to the vehicle or a probe in the tank, depending on the vehicle.

How many vehicles are in your fleet?

We return a savings calculation and an installation quote.
