What our software does
Devices read identity, but the decisions, rules and reports live in the software. That is where the picture of who entered, when, where and with what rights is gathered - and where that picture is turned into reports, alarms and integrations with your business systems.
- One identity for everything. The same card or account works at every point: doors, barrier, attendance, locker, cash desk.
- Real-time events. Every passage, check-in and transaction is recorded instantly and visible right away.
- Rules tailored to you. Zones, shifts, time windows, access levels - we set them up to your processes, not the other way round.
- Reports and export. Tabular and graphical overviews, export for payroll and accounting.
- Works offline too. Terminals keep working without internet and synchronise as soon as the connection returns.
How the system works - from device to report
The same flow applies to access, attendance and ticketing - only the device at the entrance changes.
Identification
Card, tag, phone, QR code or face on the reader/terminal.
Transmission
The device sends the event to the server over the network; without a connection - it stores it locally.
Processing
The software applies the rules: rights, zones, shifts, charging, alarms.
Result
Passage approved/denied, a record in the database, a report and a notification.
Identification technologies - what is what and how it works
For every property we choose the technology according to throughput, security and user comfort. We most often combine them. Open a technology for details.
NFC / MIFARE cards and tagsA contactless card, fob or phone at 13.56 MHz.
How it works: the reader powers the card with a radio field and exchanges an encrypted key from a protected sector - the identity is verified, the number on the surface is not simply copied. That is why it resists copying, unlike an ordinary barcode.
Where: the standard for employees - access and time & attendance, membership and loyalty cards, wristbands for pools and spa.
QR codesA two-dimensional code on a ticket or on a phone screen.
How it works: the validator's camera reads the code, and the software checks whether the ticket is valid, used or expired. The code can be static (a fixed ticket) or dynamic (single-use, harder to forge). It works online and offline.
Where: ticketing and visitors - pools, museums, concerts, temporary passes and pre-announced visits.
Face recognitionIdentification without a card - the face is the "key".
How it works: from the image the terminal computes a mathematical template of the face (no photo is stored) and compares it with the database (1:N) or with a single person plus a card (1:1) for a higher level. Protection against photo spoofing is handled by liveness detection.
Where: access control and attendance where cards are not wanted; processing is local on the device - in line with data protection.
GPS tracking and telemetryVehicle location and status in real time.
How it works: a device in the vehicle reads its position from satellites and data from sensors (ignition, fuel, temperature, door opening) and sends them over the mobile network to our server. The software draws the route, calculates mileage and triggers alarms (geofence, speed, work outside working hours).
Where: fleets of passenger, cargo and work vehicles - control of fuel costs and utilisation.
