Ticketing system - from box office to barrier

Ticket sales, validation and cancellation with real-time sales control. Pools, sports centres, museums, concert halls and festivals.

The complete chain

The box office sells a ticket (paper with a QR code or a contactless card/wristband), the visitor validates it at a barrier or a handheld validator, and management sees sales at any moment - by register, shift and period.

  • Single tickets, season passes and memberships
  • Real-time sales control - by point of sale, cashier, shift
  • Online and offline mode - the system runs even without internet
  • Reports: revenue, visits, capacity utilisation
  • Integration with electronic lockers - the same card for entry and locker

Ticket-sales software

The box office, online sales, entrance scanners and barriers all run on a single platform. You are not joining three programs from three manufacturers - it is all ours and it all speaks the same language.

Box office screen: a grid of items with prices, a cart with line items and a membership-card discount, payment methods and a Charge button

The view matches the layout and colours of the actual application. Prices and items in the image are an example.

What goes into the system

Only what the facility needs is taken. The box office works on its own; the rest is added when needed.

Box office

Sale of tickets, multi-passes and season passes. Cash, card, voucher or split payment. Fiscalisation and printing of the ticket with a QR code. Shifts with reconciliation and drawer count at the end.

Online sales

The buyer picks a time slot or seat, pays by card and receives the ticket by email. The QR rotates, so a screenshot is worth nothing to anyone else. The ticket also goes to Apple and Google Wallet.

Entrance scanner

A phone or a handheld scanner: green means pass, red means error with a reason, yellow means a warning. It works even without internet - it checks locally and syncs when the connection returns.

Barriers and lockers

The same ticket opens the barrier, the locker and the parking barrier. The buyer does not carry three different things for three different purposes.

Kiosk

Self-service sale and pickup of tickets - it takes the queue off the box office at peak time and works even when the box office does not.

Info screens

Free slots, occupancy, announcements - on screens around the facility, from the same system.

Bar and shop

Drinks, food and equipment on the same register. If a drink is included in the ticket, the ticket is scanned and it is deducted from it - without separate vouchers.

Multi-passes and memberships

Ten entries, monthly, annual, seasonal. The system counts the remaining entries itself and watches the expiry date.

Reports

Revenue by day, by ticket type, by cashier and by shift. How many people were inside at which hour - a figure used for staff scheduling.

Two things that make people switch systems

Works when the internet goes downThe server is on site, not in the cloud. The box office, scanners and barriers run over the local network even when the provider is down. Sales do not stop, and the data syncs with the central system when the connection returns.
One identity for everythingThe ticket, multi-pass, membership card and wristband are the same record in the system. That is why the same thing works at the entrance, at the locker, at the car park and at the bar - and why all of it shows up in a single report.
Fiscalisation is built inThe receipt is fiscalised from the box office itself, without re-entering into another program. Advance invoices, surcharges and voids are part of the same flow.
Multiple box offices without conflictsThe ticket stock is shared, not split across registers. Two box offices cannot sell the same seat, and none runs out of tickets while another has a surplus.
