Hotel systems - guest access, energy and safety
A guest card or wristband opens the room and facilities, manages energy use and calls for help - all connected to the front-desk software.
What it covers
Access to rooms and facilities
A contactless card or wristband opens the room, spa, pool, parking and garage - with rights tied to the guest's reservation.
Energy use control
The in-room energy saver switches power on only when the guest is present (card in the holder) and off on exit - a direct saving.
SOS button
A help button in the room and bathroom forwards an alarm to the front desk/security with the exact location.
Integration with the front desk
Card rights and duration follow check-in and check-out from the front-desk software - with no double entry.
One identity for the whole stay
The same guest card works on the room door, on the barrier to the pool, in the parking and in the locker - while staff have their own access level and time & attendance on the same system.
- Zones and time windows by guest type and facility
- Instant blocking of a lost card and issuing of a new one
- Passage records for security and disputes
Front desk
The card is issued and cancelled from the front-desk workflow - without a separate program and without double entry.
Encoding at check-in
The card or wristband is encoded at check-in - room, facilities and duration are tied to the reservation. Extending the stay changes only the date, not the card.
Lost card
The old one is blocked with a single click, a new one is issued at once. A lost card no longer opens anything - neither the room nor the facilities.
Groups and events
A busload of guests or a conference: cards are issued in a batch, with the same rights and the same expiry, from a single action.
Late check-out and add-ons
Extended access to facilities after check-out (spa, pool) is tied to an add-on charge and expires on its own at the scheduled time.
Link with the PMS
Rights and duration follow check-in/check-out from the front-desk (PMS) software - the front desk works in its own program, the system configures itself.
Duty and shifts
Who is at the front desk, when they issued or cancelled a card - it is all in the records, useful for disputes and security.
Staff and the master card
The same system that lets a guest into the room also guides staff through the work zones - and records their working hours. One card, a clear trail of who was where.
- Master card with levels. A housekeeper opens only the rooms on their floor and during their shift; the technical service the storerooms and plant rooms; the manager everything. Levels are changed in software, not by replacing the lock.
- Work zones. Kitchen, storeroom, laundry, offices, roof, substation - who is allowed where, and at what time.
- Time & attendance. The same card that opens the work zones records arrival and departure - the hours report goes to payroll, without a separate device.
- Trail of room entry. When a guest reports a missing item, it is clear who entered the room with a master card, and when.
What management gets
At the end of the day, month or season - figures used for decisions, not just for the archive.
Working-hours calculation
Hours per employee and per department, overtime and shifts - ready for payroll and for staff scheduling.
Energy savings
How long rooms were powered versus occupancy - a measurable effect of the energy saver on the electricity bill.
Facility usage
When and how much the spa, pool and parking are used - a basis for pricing, opening hours and staff per shift.
Security trail
Who passed, when and where - for disputes, incidents and inspections, with the exact time.
Live view
Occupied rooms, active alarms, staff on duty - on one screen, on the computer and the phone.
One supplier
Access, energy, records and facility ticketing are one system with one service - not four contracts and four numbers to call.
Planning a hotel or a renovation?
We propose a system to match the property's category and the front-desk software.
